Double Dental Guarantee

We pledge to always inform you of what your dental needs are prior to performing any dental work.  Once you have had an exam you will be given a treatment plan that includes the price of any treatment recommendations.  We will never charge more than what you were quoted for any procedure.  These plans are always good for a minimum of 90 days.  If for any reason additional needs are discovered you will be informed of your options and associated costs prior to any work being done.

We also stand behind our work.  Any basic restorative work such as fillings, are under warranty for a period of 24 months.  If they would need to be fixed or replaced for any reason we will do that at no charge.  Any major work such as crowns or veneers will be under warranty for 60 months against breakage and proper fit.  Removable appliances such as retainers and dentures will be under warranty for 12 months labor only, you the patient will have to pay any lab bill associated with fixing an appliance that broke for any reason including dropping or putting in a pocket and sitting on it.  In order to keep your warranty in effect you do have to do your part.  You must keep your recommended recall appointments.  For most patients the recall recommended includes a cleaning and exam every 6 months and x-rays every 12 months.  You are also required to brush and floss daily to prevent plaque build-up and dental decay from affecting your teeth and restorations.
